ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY - Order Processing

Please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and within 2 business days, we’ll send you an update with your shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

All orders are shipped with trusted international couriers, FedEx or DHL, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Our inventory is located within the European Union, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination country and local customs processes (if applicable).

International Free Shipping:

Additionally, we provide worldwide free shipping on all orders over 300€.

For customers within the EU:

Orders shipped to addresses within the European Union are not subject to any additional customs charges, import duties, or VAT beyond what is already included at checkout.

However, import duties or customs charges may still apply depending on your country’s regulations.
SHAGURA is not responsible for any customs fees or additional taxes applied once the shipment reaches your country.
All related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

For customers living outside the EU:

If your order is shipped from an EU warehouse but your delivery address is outside the EU, you are fully responsible for handling the customs clearance process and covering all related costs, including import duties, VAT, and any service fees required by local authorities.

We recommend reviewing your local customs policies for international e-commerce shipments before placing an order.


Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is unused

- It remains in its original condition

- All tags, accessories and packaging are included

Once the return is approved, we will issue a full refund minus a flat €15 return shipping fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@shagura.com and include:

- Your order number

- A clear photo of the item’s condition
