We want you to feel confident when shopping at Shagura.com. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.
14-Day Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify, your item must:
• Be in the same condition as when received
• Be unworn or unused
• Include all original tags
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ • A flat €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shagura.com.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
• Your item is defective
• Your item is damaged
• You received the wrong product
This allows us to quickly review the issue and provide the best possible solution.
Delivery Issues:
Recipient Not Available:
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because you are not available at the address, they will usually leave a notice and attempt delivery 2–3 times. In some cases, the package may be redirected to the nearest collection point. Please follow the courier’s instructions carefully to avoid delays.
⚠️ Important: If the package is not collected and is returned to us, a €49 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
Shipment Not Received:
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
• Check the area around your home (including safe drop-off spots).
• Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter directly with the carrier and provide the best possible resolution.
EXCHANGES:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• A flat €15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
